Osama to NRA: Thanks Guys!
Little old ladies are still getting searched when trying to board airplanes. You can still bring cigarette lighters and matches on airplanes. And you can also BUY A GUN if you are on the terrorist watch list. As testified by FBI Director, Robert Mueller who was responding to a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, "When we are alerted to the fact that a person on the watch list is going to be allowed to have the weapon, then we don't let it go. We follow up on it." I would suggest that the key phrase in this is ALLOWED TO HAVE THE WEAPON!
I'm all for that 2nd Amendment stuff but gimme a break. Of course in this Government as Alice in Wonderland world we live in maybe what we should do is place monitoring devices on the guns these guys (or gals) buy so we can track them. Hey better yet why don't those fine folks at the NRA simply have once a month Terrorist Gun Show giveaways! That way all the terrorists will simply show up to grab the free guns. That should work...right?
